Driving 35% Traffic Growth Through Strategic CMS Design in Framer

How I scaled Fibr.ai's web presence across 50 states and improved CAC efficiency by 20%

About Fibr.ai

Fibr.ai makes conversion rate optimization simple with AI. The platform uses three AI agents Liv, Max, and Aya to help marketing teams quickly create and test different page variants, turning what used to take weeks into a process that takes minutes.

Overview

At Fibr.ai, I led the design and development of their complete website infrastructure built on Framer, including agent-specific pages and a scalable CMS for conversion rate optimization across 50 US states. My work directly contributed to significant improvements in targeted traffic and customer acquisition efficiency.

My Role

I was responsible for the complete website design and development, working at the intersection of product design and technical implementation using Framer.

The Challenge

Fibr.ai needed a scalable web presence that could effectively target diverse geographic markets while maintaining CRO best practices. The website had to support AI agent pages (Liv, Max, and Aya) with dynamic content capabilities and provide localized experiences for users across all 50 US states without creating maintenance overhead.

Solution

  1. AI Agent Pages (Liv, Max & Aya)
Designed and built three comprehensive agent pages in Framer, each showcasing distinct AI personalities and capabilities. These pages featured interactive elements, dynamic content sections, and conversion-optimized layouts that helped users understand and engage with each agent's unique value proposition.

  2. Scalable CMS for Geographic Targeting
Built a robust CMS architecture in Framer that enabled the creation of 50 state-specific pages. This system allowed for localized content, targeted messaging, and state-specific conversion optimization without requiring manual page duplication. The CMS structure supported rapid content updates and maintained consistency across all geographic variations.

  3. Dynamic FAQ System with Google Sheets Integration
Integrated Framer CMS with Google Sheets to create a dynamic, easily maintainable FAQ section. This integration allowed the content team to update FAQs in real-time through a familiar interface, while the website automatically reflected changes without requiring developer intervention—significantly improving scalability and reducing content maintenance overhead.

Key Learnings

Scalability Through Smart Architecture: Learned how to design CMS structures that enable 50x content multiplication while maintaining a single source of truth and reducing maintenance complexity.

Integration Best Practices: Mastered connecting Framer CMS with external data sources, creating seamless workflows that empower non-technical team members to manage dynamic content.

CRO-Driven Design: Developed a deeper understanding of how technical architecture decisions directly impact conversion metrics and customer acquisition costs.

Design-to-Development Bridge: Strengthened ability to work at the intersection of design and development, translating product vision into functional, high-performing implementations.
